Rules of participation in the loyalty program
1. Any guest can register for the loyalty program.
2. The loyalty card is linked to the guest's mobile phone number. The card is issued automatically upon registration in your personal account. Registration information is sent to your email.
3. The loyalty program participant card is cumulative; upon reaching the next status, the guest is awarded a discount at the next level.
4. The loyalty card discount does not apply to holidays and cannot be combined with other special offers.
5. The validity period of the card is unlimited.

Classic5% discount- Assigned after registration in the loyalty program
- For stays from 1 to 10 nights there is a percentage discount on the booking amount - 5%

Silver7% discount- Assigned upon accumulation of 11 nights
- For stays from 11 to 20 nights there is a percentage discount on the booking amount - 7%

Gold10% discount- Assigned upon accumulation of over 21 nights.
- For stays of 21 nights or more, there is a percentage discount on the booking amount - 10%
